All orders will be scheduled for shipment in 1 to 3 business days, excluding holidays.
We send our products by using DHL Express and Standard Post. DHL Express takes 4 to 7 days to arrive and Standard Post takes 8 to16 days to arrive. These shipping time may vary at different times of the year.
If the shipping address is in the list of DHL's remote area or the replacement battery is ordered, we will send by using Standard Post shipping.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an automated shipping notification with tracking number one day later. The realtime tracking info will be available in the time for DHL shipping. But for Standard Post shipping, the tracking info won't be available until the package has arrived in the destination country.
The shipping fee is 6 to 10USD for Standard Post, and 8 to 15USD for DHL Express.
Orders will be sent from China.
There won't be any customs or import fees for the US, UK and Australia.
For other European countries and Canada, there might be 20 to 40USD customs fees if you choose DHL Express. Typically, there won't be any customs fees for Standard Post shipping.
We do our best to minimize any customs charges relating to the invoice, but they will vary from country to country and we cannot guarantee what they will be in advance. The customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any packages returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom fees, customers are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs of the order.
